Role Summary

BidOnAd is looking for a passionate and driven YouTuber / Influencer / Creator to join as a Co-founder. In this role, you will bring your unique creator perspective to help shape the product, enhance user experience, and grow the platform's impact in the creator-brand advertising space. Success means building meaningful partnerships, improving platform usability for creators, and co-leading the direction of a game-changing adTech solution.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the founding team to define product vision and go-to-market strategy
  • Advocate for the creator community by providing feedback and insights on product features and monetization tools
  • Build and nurture creator partnerships and brand relationships to drive platform growth
  • Represent BidOnAd in creator communities and industry events
  • Contribute to business development, outreach, and marketing initiatives
  • Identify trends and opportunities in the creator economy to inform strategic decisions

Qualifications

  • Active and engaged YouTuber / Influencer / Creator with a consistent content portfolio
  • Basic understanding of brand deals, sponsorships, and creator monetization models
  • Passion for the creator economy and interest in building early-stage startups
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving and user-first mindset
  • (Bonus) Prior entrepreneurial or product development experience
  • (Bonus): YouTube channel with a significant subscriber base and active audience engagement.
